Why can’t I disconnect the printer through the wi-fi? In the event the printer is not really communcating with HP why wouldn’t it not print?the printer is linked to the identical wifi as my Laptop,  The wifi icon is lit up and I'm able to see it on my network.  Wifi is not the issue - connecting to the web services is where I've problem.June
